Actor Michael Todd Swinford and Michelle Freed after opening night of “He Said, She Said.”

Michelle made a list! It’s the Indianapolis Star’s, “Indy Celebs Best Tweets of 2013!” See it here.

After opening night on Oct. 18, 2013 for He Said, She Said, a special presentation at Theatre on the Square, Indianapolis. Michelle shared the stage with Michael Todd Swinford. Both performed their one-person shows for two nights. It rocked.

Here are some photos (below) from Michelle’s one-woman show, Come Dance With Me! (but first can I borrow your pants?) in August, 2013 in downtown Indianapolis. What is that, you ask? Read more about it on the Speaking page on this site.

After the show - a group of my favorite ladies came to laugh and dance with me.

My brother surprised me with a visit from New Mexico. I didn't know he was there until the end of one of my shows. Wow!

The awesome and very cool group, Indy WriteLab, invited me to lead one of their monthly meetings in September, 2013 at Indy Reads Books in downtown Indianapolis. Here’s a little bit more about this group, and about the amazing experience.

  1. Does Michelle have a book we can read? She’s funny and cute and writes so well. If there were a book, I know everyone would want to read it! But there’s nothing on the web site about a book.

    • That is so nice of you to ask, and thanks for the compliments! I can say with all honesty that I have about three different books in progress, and I’m having a difficult time finishing one! I’m pretty sure it’s a psychological problem. I think I need a mentor, or a therapist. Stay tuned … one is coming! I just know it!
